Where do I start with this H thats been stored for 10 years?

I have my Great Grandfathers 1940 Model H Serial #48775. He died in 1980 when I was 10, so I don't know the whole history on it. We used it to fool around with when I was younger so I remember a little about it when it was running.
Here is the ironic thing.....I parked it in the very spot that it sits right now in 1989 when I was going off to school. It ran fine then, but what about now? Dad doesnt remember draining the block on it,(He was always in charge of any maintenance and didn't want us fooling with anything) but nothing runs out the drains or petcocks that I have found. So I assume he did drain it and just doesn't remember.
My question is, Where do I look for possible signs of damage to the block or head? It is sitting an a concrete floor, and there are no visible stains from antifreeze, only oil drips.
Another Question, Assuming there is no damage to the block, how should I go about getting the thing ready to start again. I know the obvious, such as cleaning the fuel system, gas tank, ignition, etc. But what about the guts of the engine? Should I put some marvels mystery oil or anything in it to "free" anything up?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
