Got the 44 H running perfect today.... It was missing on the number two after it warmed up. it would run fine under load. did everything i could think of and nothing seamed to work...I checked the archives and it seams to be a common problume as one said they had one that runs like that and know of others like that too. He said "its the nature of the beast" Well i have others that run well so i din't give up....Well after waisting lots of time and some money i figured it out.... The intake gasket had a leak in it. Replaced and snugged up the bolts....She runs like new now, the rian cap just sits nice and level no pinging. Then i took it for a 7 mile cruse. it sure was nice not to have it miss and sound like a jonny put put. I detected the leak using my water hose as the propaine torch din't work. I put water to the intake on number 2 and she puffed white smoke! Nice to have it back to full power....now the MD needs to get fixed.
