That doesn't really tell us much, but the hydraulic pump can not be rebuilt. New seals and gaskets can be put in, but no gear sets are available. New pumps are. They are around 400 bucks new. You need to tell what it is or isn't doing. The lift unit can be rebuilt and parts are available from IH dealers. There is a screen at the bottom left side of the unit that may be clogged up. Oil will come out when it is removed so try to catch it in a bucket or something. May also be low on oil. It uses a bit over 4 quarts of Hy-Tran oil or non detergent 10,20 or 30 weight motor oil will work. AW-32 hydraulic oil also works.
