Gary,F12 pumps are very simple,There are 2 different kinds, one has small square disc in them that are check valves. The most common are 2 brass check valves. Some of the pumps come with a diaphragm that can be replaced.others you need to order the more expensive kit that has a new diaphragm made on the shaft.Rice equipment has what you need. jimmy 304-582-9995
