It's my opinion that the grill, hood and gas tank should be as close to flawless as possible. To get them really straight and dent and rust free you need to: Sandblast them. Don't worry, that steel is 10 times thicker than autos and won/t be damaged. IMMEDIATELY after blasting prime with epoxy primer.Now they are sealed against all moisture. Then use basic auto primer surfacer, sanding between double/triple coats to get a perfect surface for painting. The IH 2150 with hardener can produce a beautiful finish if properly applied with a quality finish gun. Gordo
