There were 899 Int 664's built (I've got the 898th one). They were a 656 Utility with the 239 cu in German Diesel engine. I think they all had 16.9-30's and the flat-top fenders of the style of the 656u. That 239 engine has 4 of the same cylinders of the 6-cyl 358 that is in the 826, later 886 and 3288 etc. Long stroke (5 in) engine, Bosch pumps with the advance. The 664 was built til they got the bugs out of the 674. 664 built in US, 674 in England; Same engine from Int's German plant. 664 heavier in rear end. 664's are 1973 and a few in 1974.
