Farmall SA clutch sleeve I think!!!

Can anyone tell me what this sounds like? I split the tractor thinking that I would just put a new clutch, bearing and pressure plate and be done in a weekend. well when I split her I new this wouldn't be happening. The clutch plate was all but gone, the pressure plate was badly beaten and the bearing... well what bearing. The clutch sleeve and the tube had been broken for sometime and had came out of the pressed fit.The only thing holding the sleeve was the fork. My question is. How do I get the new tube back in the hole around the shaft?
