The issue is not that it has issues running, the main problem is solidification of the fuel. Most vegitable based oils, and animal fat for that matter solidify in some cases at 60 degrees or so. almost all are a solid at 40 degrees. To keep from stalling and completely "lockingup" the fuel system, it needs to be heated. The conversion systems are primarily designed to heat the Bio fuel for handling in the tank and fuel lines, not to mention the pump. If a way to maintain the temp in the range of 100F, I think it would be fine. Possible dual fuel tanks to start and run to warm on petro diesel, then when warmed switch to bio., then when shutting down, switching to petro again to keep it startable. That is a lot of rigging, but it would work. JimN
