Any good auto parts store will have heli coil sets just for spark plug holes. Also ALL spark plugs use a national standard for the base sizes, so if you tell them what spark plug you use they will be able to then match up the heli coil set you need to use. Its better to put a heli coil in a head with it off the engine because of metal shaveings going into the cylinder but if you put some oil in that cylinder before you start and then turn the engine over with the plug out the oil will push out 99% of the shaveings
