My 706 did this after I replaced sleeves last year. I torqued to specs, everything was clean and the head was resurfaced but it bubbled in several places. I didn't have the time to pull the head again so I just ran it. In about 10 hours of feeding hay it sealed itself up. Now with 150 hours on it no leaks at all. Maybe the gasket just had to conform itself to the head? I'd say as long as there is no water in the oil just run it and put it through several heat cool cycles and see what happens.
