Jerry: I have never done this job, but I have asked how it is done. Here is what I was told: Take off the rim and wheel. Remove the bearing retainer bolts. Remove the seed gear drive cover from the back side of the final drive. Remove the nut under the cover. Take a hard block of wood, maybe 2 x 2 inches in size. Using it as a drift, whack the shaft out the final drive toward the wheel side. Don't forget to remove the bolts holding the bearing retainer first! I am sure others on this forum have actually done this job. If I have said anything wrong, hopefully they will correct me. mike
