Did you try checking that the spindle would fit in the bushings after you installed them? Most bushings (especially if they are the split type) will shrink a bit during installation and may require reaming once installed. On the other hand it's highly likely that something is bent as these front ends are prone to breakage and then being cobbled back together. Hope this helps, tractorsam
