OK, WELL, NOW LET'S SEE IF I DID THIS RIGHT! SHE'S ALMOST DONE, BEEN PLOWING SNOW WITH HER!! After taking this C from a greasy pile metal in front and a rusty pile of parts in back, I got her back on her feet. I did a few minor changes from the original, to include 12 volt and 3 Pt. hitch conversions. This poor old tractor had more "field modifications" on it than you would believe, brackets welded up all over her, resulted in a lot of cutting and grinding. What was thought to be a blown cylinder head gasket, turned out to be a cracked head. She leaked from every place she could. Rear axel seals, oil pan gasket, PTO seals, top cover gasket, and on, and on, and on. If you look real close you'll see she wears a Super C grill and the hood and fuel tank have been modified to fit. It seems that sometime in her dark past someone replaced the radiator and grill with a Super. (Too bad I didn't figure that out until after I redid the grill!!! The 6' Continental belly mount mower is in the shop now gettin' ready for spring. Thanks to JOE'S FARMALL PARTS in PA for all the help. Oh, the "product model" is a 2 1/2 year old "tractor nut" NEXT UP: 1953 CUB.........
