I dunno the answer. Why do some building not have a thirteenth floor? In IH's case, they skipped the nine in the K and KB series trucks for obvious reasons. In addition to that, I think they also skipped thirteen. The largest truck was a fourteen. I have only seen one KB-14 and it didn't seem very big. At least compared to Macks of the same vintage with deep section triple frames, 24" rubber, and big springs.
