It is a teflon lubricant (aerosol). The starter drive on my tractor is new and will not engage in cold weather. This board suggested I clean the heavy grease from the starter drive and lube it with Tri-Flo. I checked all the auto parts stores in my area and could not find it. Told to check at hardware store, I did and found it. Now, my Saturday is spoken for.
