New sleeves are still available from a place in California called L.A. sleeves. I bought a set from them last winter and they are very nice. I don't recall what the price was on them. They have a site on the internet.

As for other parts Rice equipt (as stated earlier) has most of what you will need. There is also a site by the name of "The Fordson House" they also carry some of the same parts as Rice Equiptment.

We recently rebuilt a 1936 year model we put in new sleeves and reused the old pistons with new rings. It has been running fine for about a year with no problems. The F-20 engins is for the most part a simple set up to work on. The best advice I can tell you is to make a list of what you know you will need and start getting prices.

Spend your money on the engine, carb, and mag. Everything else can come later.
