suumoe, sounds like time for full service, all the oil in the rearparts of the tractor every thing aft of the clutch, There are three drain plugs down under, they need to be taken out and allowed to drain for atleast 12 hours if the oil is anyother than looking like new, and you need to replace the filter. The rearend and hydraulic system take the best of 15 gallons of the correct oil, IH HI TRAN, or suitable substitute, NOT RO 32 46, or68. If you do this I suspect your troubles go away HTH
