D Slater: I haven't seen Allans photo, but what your describing sounds right to me. My memory is a bit rusty, but I don't think the ones on my 656 were exactly same as 560 either. I can't say for sure either on 1066, I just don't remember. I guess the reason those 300 lugs stand out is we broke so many of them. I remember compareing with 560 to see difference, and decided if all heavy duty works on 560, it will work on 300. By the time 70s came along we hardly ever had rear wheels off those tractors. Tire shops would change tires without removing rims for less money than I needed for paying wages on someone to do it. I can't ever remember having wheels off my 656. I do remember having one wheel off 1066. I had an employee call me one day working on new cleared land. He had both inside and axle dual flat. Someone had used that field for a dump, when it was still forest. Got tangled up in some old building supplies.
