I decided to start sandblasting the bellhousing and transmission on my 100 today and discovered that there really are numbers on the little tag riveted to the bellhousing! HA! :) I didn't hit it with the sand but the overspray did help clean allot of the crud off the tag. It's faintly stamped like this: 2064 J 1575 Now I don't know wich one os the serial number or what the J is???? The markings on the tag are gone so it's just a sliver tag with these two numbers. Guess I'll have to get a repro and restamp it or something? Maybe not since it's not a big deal as long as I know what they are.
