Back in the fifties when I was a kid here in MA, I plowed out all my neighbors for $5.00 each with a Cub. That was in the days before snowblowers and 4x4's. It really helped if we got a couple good storms before Christmas. Still have the tractor but I use a heavily wighted 504 with a loader now. It takes loaded tires, wheel weights, chains, and good brakes to handle snow. If you are set up right, the Cub should not have any problem with 12-14 inches of wet snow on level ground.
