That gas line should have a full flow of gas from that line unless dirt or rust has it obstructed. If that carburetor has a fuel solenoid at the carburetor it may not be opening or it could be full of dirt. Loosen the gas line and see how much gas is flowing out. I would set a clean container under it to catch the gas. If you have a tiny trickle from that line there's blockage somewhere between that line and the gas tank. If there's a good flow to the carburetor you need to check out the carburetor. I may need a good soaking in carburetor cleaner and cleaned thoroughly. An inline filter could be plugged with dirt too.
