234 IH in auction

I posted this tractor here before for info, the auction is this weekend, does anyone know the value of these 234's? This one only has 234 hours since 1984, doesn't seem reasonable. What should I check for to tell if it has more hours? How fast are the speeds, and can Cat 1 tools be used easily on this Cat 0 hitch. Thanks..Darald
