Just bought a B that is very interesting. Cast code on the tranny is 9-2-47 all numbers no letter for year. Engine cast 2-6-q serial # M 219601 underneath is stamped FAB. SAMPLE is in raised letters in front of filter. Has center section for either a C or SA. Cast code W. Hy pump and rockshaft assy work perfect. New batt box was built and steernig post welded on the top. HY controls are from a C. The charging control is from a B. The gen is from a B with cutout and starter is from B. Front grille perfect as is the rest of the sheet metal no dents anyplace. Front grille has cutout behind behind filler neck cutout for the overflow tube. Had linkage to assy under axle assy from SA looks like mite have been part of disc plow. Cast centers on wheels and two wts per wheel. Factory MONROE seat for A or B as cutout for belt pulley is there. Original paint everywhere and even made gas from B work by moving the sediment bulb and adding bracket on rear for the hy unit. Appears to be a copy of the one built and sent to OHIO where it was scrapped. What is your guess.
