I have a 300 ute and the 3pt cylinder ram was previously bent and cracked at the yoke on the end. It broke and had to replace the cylider with a used one I found for $50. I installed it and at first it did not want to work but finally did slowly. Then it had a chatter up and down. Now it is not working at all. The two steel lines that return to the pump were leaking at the o rings in front and we replaced those, and there was also a small pin hole at the back where they enter the housing below the seat. I had them welded twice but they still leak there. Does this have anything to do with the ram not working? It seames like the pump has lost its prime. I cant get the set screw on top of the pump to budge, was going to pour some fluid in to prime it. The fluid level is also full. NOW WHAT? Terry
