There are three hyd. pumps in that tractor one is for the steering, brakes, T/A , and lube of the transmissions and also running the hyd. oil thru the oil cooler in ft. of the rad . Then there is the hitch pump in the left rear of the tractor down in ft. of the left axel housing this is the pump that does the remotes and the hitch . And the other one is built into the PTO and that pressures the PTO . Now you may think that everything is ok on the remotes but even a 14 foot disk with a 3x8 cylinder on it can be lifted with and old H or Mwith the pressure set at 950 . Now if that tractor is bone stock then the system should pressure up to 1750 lbs with the stock releif if someone along the way needed more pressure then anything from the 1750 -2350 . But with what you say that it will lift when reved up no there could be a valve stuck and it is doing some bypassen or it could be like i said low pump volume . You can remove the top link plate and look inand see if there is a bunch of oil sprayen off the upper right hand side and if there is then you will have to remove the rocksaft housing to get to the unloader valve or if it is comming out of the hitch clinder same thing applys . The best way to figure this one out is take it in and have the system flowrated then you will know what the pump is putting out , Nah i ain't ah going to say it .
