I'm putting new gaskets and seals in the steering box on my '52 Super C and have run into a problem getting the two seals. My local Case International dealer doesn't list them and the auto parts houses cant cross reference them either. I was wondering if somebody could tell me what the current part #'s for the two seals are. The numbers on the seals are 43800 D ( the smaller seal) and 48776 D for the large seal. Both are C/R seals. I replaced the front crankshaft seal last week and removed the pulley using the large bearing separater sold by Harbor freight and an old 7 ton Craftsman gear puller as someone here had also used. The pulley came off with no problem and didnt break even though it had been welded before. To reinstall it I heated the pulley to 300 F but it stuck about halfway on the crank. So I used a piece of ready rod, a bunch of washers,a nut, and again the bearing seperater and the pulley went on like a breeze. So many thanks to you guys for all your suggestions.
