The muffler can be very easy or very difficult to remove, all depends on whether you put a clamp on it or not. I have a straight pipe on my MD and it slips over the manifold pipe. So all I have to do is lift the pipe up and it comes right off. How tall is the door OPENING on your garage. If it is approx. 7 feet the H will fit easier. If it is approx. 8 feet or more either would fit without a problem. I have my MD in a garage with a 7 foot opening, if you want to see some pics of how close it is email me and I will send you some.
