Sleeves/Pistons/Rings run about $80-$90 per hole. Getting stuck pistons out of sleeves can be a real challenge, but it is eased somewhat if you don't care about the sleeves. Getting sleeves out can also be a challenge, but you can do one of two things, once the pistons are out: 1. Make, rent or borrow a sleeve puller 2. Weld a good heavy bead up three or four places in the sleeve from top to bottom. The heat will help to break the bond with the block, and when they cool and shrink, a couple of good raps with a hammer on the bottom of the sleeve will usually drive 'em right out. Things to look for on an F12 are cracks in the block (very common in freezing country), cracks/breaks in the radiator castings, and cracks/breaks/repairs in the frame rails, especially near the transmission end. Parts are readily available, and not too outrageous. If it has 40" rubber on it, new tires are about $400 a pop. Some folks will use rims/tires/wheels from a Farmall C or H if they are planning to use it and not worried about a museum quality restoration.
