Hey Rusty, I did not even consider a wasp nest, but this shop is so nice and clean that it makes my skin crawl, I doubt that insects are allowed inside. But that's not to say the manifold didn't set outside for awhile. When I left last night the next plan of action was to pull the manifold off, so hopefully we will find the problem there.
