I did this a few months back on a Super H. H would be the same. No need to take off the front bolster. You will need to remove the radiator which means removing the steering shaft because it goes through the radiator. The adjustable flange on the H comes off the back side of the assembly, which means you have to take the bearing assembly off to get at it. Since you have do do this, replace the grease seals while you have the opportunity. Also get a ring or two of pump packing to add under the packing nut. You have to remove the water pump driver set up that is in front of the fan, and then the fan and the packing nut and the bearing assembly retainer nut. then you can slide the bearing assembly and the pulley off the water pump body. The back side of the pulley is pressed on and retained by a 1/8 diameter pin through it. I found the pin easy to drive out, but need a press to get the back side off. Lining things up to get the pin back in was not so easy. Had to try it twice. Second time at machine shop. Use a piece of 1/8 rod through the hole in the flange so you can see where to position the flange(scribe some marks) to align the holes when you press it back on. On mine the hole was not perpendicular to anything, so with out something to go buy couldn't get things lined up.
