IHC hay wagon

Hi Fellas, my old hay wagon has alot of the back and forth swaying when going down the road. So today I decided to take action. This wagon has stamped onto the tongue of the hitch 692-W IHC. I was initially thinking wheel bearings so I began with the right front tire. I cleaned all the old crud off, took a pin out then some steel shims (spacers) the slid the wheel off the spindle. There are 2 long bearings that ride on the spindle. I found a number on one of them (N-240642). There is alot of slop and I think these bearings are wore out. Any wheel bearings I have done usually involves turning a nut against a washer until just snug, then slide a cotter pin through the works. My wagon has a round cover with different slots that would move the cover closer or farther from the bearing, then slide the pin through on of the slots. However, after looking at the other 3 tires, they are retained on the outside by 3 different ways. One of the back tires has a bolt through the outer hole then all of the shims. The other back tire has something similar to the right front.
Does anyone have an old parts book or picture of how this is supposed to be? I'd like to get some new bearings but need to know how to adjust and put back together properly. Thanks in advance!
