6-volt lights

Hi just wondering how would be a good ideas on putting that rubber boot on farmall h light set.Its the ones with that short peice of flat steel on the ground screws,and the other screw is for power.Does the bulb go so you can read it.and that ground steel strap is on the side .Can you still buy a 6-volt bulb any more ,GE 4510 is the number on it.Just wondering if you wouldsoap it up really good will help?
