85-95 ft-lbs on the head bolts, .027" on all valves. Get a spray can of Hi-Tack and give the head gasket a light coat on both sides. I"d go 95 ft-lbs on the head bolts. Tighten them in sequence in three steps, first to 30, then to 60, then to 95. Get the engine under a decent load and get it up to temp. Shut it down and let it cool off just enough to where you can work on it without getting burned. Crack each head bolt loose and retorque to 95 ft-lbs one at a time in sequence.
