You can stack several weights on if you want to. I've personally seen one H that had 5 on each side, and that was for field use! If you have square-head bolts of the correct length, you'll find you can mount each weight on the one behind it. By putting the bolts in the square holes of each weight as you mount it, they can be used to hold the next weight. Mount all the weights with the flat side out. Don't try to put several weights on one set of bolts! That's an easy way to get MASHED as you put them on or take them off! Those things weigh about 145 lbs. each!
