You can also find a round piece of round stock that fits real close in the bushing, fill the bushing and blind hole with heavy grease, poke your round stock in the bushing and hit it with a hammer. It will act like a hydraulic cylinder and force the bushing out. If you don't have a good fit with your driver all you will end up with is a greasy mess. The thicker the bushing the better this works, the thin ones need a really tight fit, but can be done.
