There is a bolt (I think it is toward the clutch pedal from the shifter) it looks just like a cover bolt, but its purpose is to lock out high gear (5) if the tractor is on steel wheels. If it is removed, and looked at it should be extended on the end to prevent the movement of the shifter into 5th (only) If it was installed when the shifter was out of place, it could lock the rail from full neutral. Just an unlikely thought. Good luck. JimN
