CNKS is right. Both C and Super C used the FC prefix. Only the serial numbers can tell the story, except for certain differences in the pedals, grille (taller), etc. Even some of the late C's used the C123 engine (vs. C113 on most C's). Once you are aware of the differences it is not hard to visually identify a C from a Super C. There have been more than one Super C made from a C just by adding the stickers. Some put in the larger bore sleeves, and put Super C stickers on thinking that was the only difference when in reality the Super C was really a newer tractor and the C was no longer in production after sometime in 1951 (the C replaced the B in 1948 having the same 113 engine as the earlier A and B). Super C's were built until 1954 until the 200 replaced the Super C. 230's then replaced 200's, 240's replaced the 230, etc. I believe Super C's, 200, 230, and 240 all used the C123 engines. Or so it goes according to what I have found.
