To Reddog, Old,Cnks-Thanks a bunch for the input on my never ending SA battle. Seems like one thing after another! Mike I tried the bump screw-it took some of the "hunt" out but it is still definitely there. Old the carb isa rebuild, but the distillate part with the main jet adjustment has got me confused. Cnks do you think I should ask the nAPA guy that got it for me to exchange it for a gasser? I have no idea how to set that carb with the main jet adjustment dist carbs have. I could smooth the tractor a little by playing with the main jet adjustment, but it isn"t right.(still lots of hunting) So I need to look to the internal spring on the mag to see if it is broken? Once again men I appreciate any of your hard earned knowledge your willin" to share! Steve
