Before you invest in tires and paint, you are going to want to make sure that the engine has a very good potential to run. Is the motor loose, does it have even compression around 125 psi or so. After that get a oil filler cap and distributor cap, wires, and new plugs and try to start it. Start with the "heart" and work your way from there. Brad
