Remove one wire at a time and watch the amp meter. (replace each after confirming no change) 1) wire from regulator to gen A (big terminal) 2) wire from reg to field terminal (small term) 3) wire from regulator Bat term 4) wire to each light (one at a time) 5 Wire from coil to ign pull button 6) Wire from resistor to ign pull button (if there) 7) Wires from back of light switch that goes to amp meter. 8)Wire from Amp gauge load side (not to starter sw) One of these will stop the draw. Which it is determines what to do about it. It could be a bad component, or a wire rubbing ground, or a light not wired correctly. Keep us informed, JimN
