This is the method I used to get the sleeves/pistons out of my 1929 Regular. Worked well. I already tried this on this engine. I used the heaviest chain I have to go from one frame rail, to the jack, to the other frame rail. The jack lifted the whole front end, then bent over the iron bar I used to push against the piston. It did not budge.
