Fred, I wish I had a buck for everytime that same thing happened to me. Dave, you have to remove the final drives - one at a time. Removing the old seals can be a bit troublesome but thats life. Get the new seals from the IH dealer. You can't put them on the shaft and then reassemble the unit. This will become obvious to you after you get it apart. Done a dozen of these things.
