Need help with indentifying a Farmall Tractor

Let me start by saying I know "nothing" about tractors. My neighbor has an old Farmall he wanted me to find some information on...namely what it's worth. Here's what he wrote down for me: FARMALL REC. U.S PAT OFF JULY 17.1923 1 12 FS 62277 15.50 He's pretty old so his handwriting was tough to read. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
