The frame is narrower on a 300 than the M I believe, But that is good because all you have to do is shim the loader brackets about 1" where it bolts to the frame rails on the 300. With the wide front make sure the loader has the curved arms to clear your axle. I sold a freeman all hydraulic loader off a 300 for $600 in 2005 that needed the bucket replaced. My 2 cents and good luck.
