First of all,have you replaced the O-ring around the Strainer cap?And check that the bolts are tight(20 ft#)Then Have you ever pulled the Tele-Depth apart yet?Thats the place to start.Theres about 10 O-rings in there and your bypass valve is in there too.The Block under the seat is basically a Distribution Point for your hitch Hydros.Do you have a IT Manual??Let me know,I"ll help where I can..(I"ve already done this Painful excercise) LOL
