Looking at a 2400 Series A

Greetings, I'm looking at a 2400 Series A gas. There is a fine bucket on the front, however there is no PTO nor 3-point hitch, only a plate over the PTO access and some funny bar thingy for a hitch. Here's the question ... where would I find the parts to install the PTO and the 3-point? For what I intend to do the tractor is useless wihtout them. Can any one help me? Thanks, Al
