Well from what you have told me and the rest of the clan don't sound to bad other then the price . As for the draft control it can be adjusted as it should have resisants and hold where you place it and the only time that you would be using it is when using a plow or mounted chisel or maybe a culivator to hold depth and add weight transfer to the drive tires . Now the issue of dual the hardest thing on the drive train is turning at the headlands under loads if you raise the emplement as you start the turn then the load is reduced . did you check how much slop the clutch and brake pedals have as this is a good way to sorta judge hours and care also did you look at the oil on the dipstick and look at the coolant myself i shy away from a tractor that the oil is fresh either with new filters or not as this is a way of hiding a problem . Now on the price in my opinion they are atleast 1500 high and just how bad do they want to sell other wise it could grow a beard and cobwebs and mold . A buddy had a sale last saturday and sold two decent 1066's with cabs and the brought around 6100 and 6350 and had new rubber .
