350 Farmall Hydraulic Problem

My neighbor has a 350 with a loader on it and he was doing a little work with it yesterday and all of a sudden he lost everything as far as the hydraulics are concerned. My experience has been with green tractors so I was lost when he ask me to take a look at it. Anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking for the problem?
