speed sleeve for an h axle update

upon further inspection i found the real culprit its the bearing cap that made the groves in the axle both bearing are shot as in the bearing cage is gone! i have new national seals that are the same size as the old c/r seals number is 415001 which O'reilys call ag seal. they also gave me the number of 455001 as a normal automotive seal which is thiner like you guys where telling me. i dont think using the thin seals will work because where the two wear spots are. talked to the machine shop foreman at work about it he said that they send out shafts now to be "spray welded" and then turned back down to spec. they have welded up a 1000 ton press crank shaft plus many others he seems to think that would be my best route whay you guys think of that?
