F-20 brake springs...What will work?

I forgot to order my brake springs for the Regular, Rice is closed until tomorrow, local dealer doesn't have and I wanted to build the brakes after work tonight. Has anyone ever used springs off of a car or other application I might find at NAPA or am I just going to have to wait? Thanks, guys(and gals)...Kevin
